Catalize is a business I formed in 1998 to help people be joyful, purposeful and prosperous in everything they do.
The name Catalize is based on the concept of a catalyst, which is any element used to help speed up a change or transformation without becoming part of the final product.
The Catalize mission is to inspire, motivate and enable resources so that each of us may expand into greater success and prosperity.
About Melissa Cantrelle
I am a trained life coach, an intuitive healer, an author, a retreat leader, and a business catalyst.
I’ve worked for over twelve years in the corporate world as a management consultant to large and small businesses, as a senior project manager for entrepreneurial and technology adventures, and as a coach and facilitator for experiential business workshops.
(That’s my logical and practical side)
I’ve also trained and practiced for over twenty years as an intuitive healer and I work closely with Nature in everything I do. I’m a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, Eriksonian hypnosis practitioner, and Theta healer. My first book Conversations with Nature will be released to the public soon.

I use both my pragmatic and my intuitive skills when I coach people and lead workshops and retreats. It’s a winning combination for helping you discover your dreams, remove any limitations, and take practical steps to make your dreams come true.
I am from the Pacific Northwest and I am currently joyfully planted in Dallas, Texas with my love and our two cats.
I am blessed with many remarkable and loving friends here. Together we offer a growing list of workshops and retreats filled with powerful exercises to help you own your brilliance and create the life you want to live.
