Health is #1 in my Law Of Attraction practice, the Catalize Wheel of Life Visioning tool, and in most of my conversations.
Why? Because if you don’t have good health, you’re probably in pain or some other kind of low energy that makes it very difficult to concentrate, focus on what you want, or even take physical action towards your visions.

- Not mentioned, but another awesome mind-body resource that I reference often is Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body. I use this often as a shortcut to find the probably emotional cause behind any physical symptom so I can adjust my thoughts accordingly.
