Why? Because if you don’t have good health, you’re probably in pain or some other kind of low energy that makes it very difficult to concentrate, focus on what you want, or even take physical action towards your visions.

Here are 2 videos from a talk I did at the Addison Wellness Expo all about how to use the Law Of Attraction to create your 100% physical health: your ideal form, relief from pain, and free of disease.

• Not mentioned, but another awesome mind-body resource that I reference often is Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body.  I use this often as a shortcut to find the probably emotional cause behind any physical symptom so I can adjust my thoughts accordingly.

This is one of those secrets that is better shared than kept hidden, so I’m happy to now share with you the video of my talk.

In this video I use an NLP technique called a Neurological Bridge. You can allow this video to help you automatically shift from doubt to confidence. Simply follow closely with your emotions what I am expressing with words and action.

See, hear and feel each emotional state as I move through them with you and notice how much easier it is for you to get quickly into the state of confidence.
