Our coaching sessions enable you to widen back, get clear about the life you desire, and take joyful actions to bring that inspired vision to life. You discover your true shape and create your own perfect-fit life.

As your life coach, I use powerful questions, flexible structures for discovery, and empowering tools (like NLP and principles of the Law of Attraction) to help you achieve your dreams quickly and easily.

I also use my intuition to fit all these skills to your specific needs in the moment that we are coaching together.

I have coached corporate executives, managers, entrepreneurs, moms, young adults and retirees. The stage and situation of your life is not as important as feeling an alignment with how I coach.

How Coaching Works

When you decide to coach with me, here are some of the basics that you can expect in our coaching sessions:

• I always create a space of love and acceptance for you, no matter where you're at on your journey. You can tell me what's going on in your life and I'll help you sort out what's holding you back from acheiving your dreams.
  
  
• Each session is customized to your current needs and your long-term visions. I will suggest the coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tools that I think are best for your situation and you can choose what feels best to you.
  
  

• If you're starting from a "blank slate" kind of place on your visioning journey, we can use a session together to focus on defining your life visions so we both have a baseline of who you are, what you desire, what you value, and what limitations might be blocking you right now.
  
  
  • Tip: You can make the most of this type of session by downloading the Wheel of Life and using the instructions to write out your intentions. Or we can work together in the session to clarify your visions.
    
    
• Our coaching sessions will be 1 hour and are typically by phone. If you are local to the Dallas area I offer in-person coaching sessions from my home office in Carrollton.
  
  
• We will always celebrate your successes which will increase your motivational desire. Often the best part of coaching is hearing from an objective observer how well you're doing on your journey.
  
  

• I may sometimes give you self-guided exercises to do between sessions as part of your path toward your vision.  I may also point you toward other resources to explore as part of your journey.
   
• You may choose to schedule one coaching session or many over a period of time. You get to decide what kind of regular coaching schedule will work best for your support needs.
  
  
  • Tip: when you commit your time and energy to your visions for at least a quarter (3 months), you're more likely to experience the easy and graceful manifestation of your intentions.
    
• I am available for "ad hoc" coaching sessions so that you can schedule your session whenever you feel you are ready for the next catalizing step.
  
  
• In order for our coaching together to be effective I ask for your continual honest feedback.  Our coaching relationship can only be the unique, catalytic, amazing experience you desire when you tell me what you want in the current moment.

Your Sample Coaching Session is 30 minutes, by phone. In your session I'll explain more about how coaching works. Then you'll pick one area from the Wheel of Life and I'll help you identify your most inspired vision for that area.

I believe that everyone deserves a good life coach, even if you don't have a corporate executive salary.

For the type of NLP-based coaching I offer, and the profound results you achieve, many coaches charge thousands of dollars.

While I agree that there is huge value in the breakthrough results you will have, I want to make sure that, if you resonate with me and my approach, you have the ability to make good use of my coaching.

That's why I offer coaching sessions for $100 per session.

Whether you choose to schedule regular coaching sessions with me or you have a few "ad hoc" coaching sessions, you will be amazed at how fabulous you feel as you easily discover and joyfully achieve your Big, Bold Dreams.
